QRIS and virtual accounts are processed by Xendit (PT Sinar Digital Terdepan), a payment service provider licensed by Bank Indonesia. We never store your card or account details.

Sign up with your work email and try it free for 7 days.

Choose a plan & period
Your choice on this page opens in the payment window once you sign in. You can also use the account menu → View plans & upgrade.

Pay & go live
Pay with QRIS or a virtual account. Your plan activates automatically and the receipt is emailed to you.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Renewal
Subscriptions are prepaid and never charged automatically. Seven days before your plan ends we send a reminder; it renews only if you pay a new invoice.
Cancellation
You can stop at any time by not renewing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. You can export your data or close your account from the Account menu.
Refunds
Duplicate payments, overpayments, or payments for an expired invoice automatically become credit on your account, and on request we refund them to your bank account within 14 business days. Fees for the current period are not refundable unless the service could not be used because of our fault. Email support@foiniks.com with your invoice number.
Service delivery
Phylex Scan is a digital service; nothing physical is shipped. Your plan activates automatically once a QRIS or virtual account payment is confirmed (usually within minutes); manual transfers activate after our team validates them on a business day.
Invoices & tax
Prices exclude 11% VAT (PPN). Receipts are sent by email. A tax invoice is issued in your company's name if you enter its NPWP at checkout.
